DISABILITY IN EXTRAORDINARY TIMES SYMPOSIUM

Disability in Extraordinary Times Symposium will be held by Istanbul University Disability Practice and Implementation Center (ENUYGAR) on Friday, December 1, 2023. The purpose of the symposium is to bring together academic researchers from different disciplines who work on disability during disasters and other crisis periods, and to share their knowledge and experiences on these topics. The symposium is designed as a hybrid meeting (face-to-face and online).

Assist. Prof. Özge Can from Yasar University, Department of Business Administration will also contribute to the symposium with her work titled “The Place of Disabled Individuals in Inclusive Disaster Management: Sendai Framework and Application Examples”.
